BRISKET is a four-year old Tibetan Spaniel who is specially trained as a therapy dog. With her owners, local entrepreneurs Sheila and Keith Hittner, who also had to be specially trained, Brisket regularly visits hospitals, senior homes, schools, and other facilities where her unique talents are enjoyed by a wide variety of people. Brisket has also “authored” two books, and has a stuffed replica which will shortly be available for sale.
