They lament the negativity in the messaging which attempts to rally discontent and channel it to hold on to power. They decry the lack of will to become informed, and to form an independent opinion based on factual presentation and investigation. Other serious issuesdiscussed are the power and place of money in politics, the bias towards corporate power and corporate personhood vs. human personhood. Justice Anderson notes the power that the judiciary has to pivot society with their decisions. Lastly, they discussed the anti-female bias that emanates in legislative halls and the increased polarity among economic classes in American Society.
