Hon. DAVID LILLEHAUG, who sits on the Minnesota Supreme Court, was selected by Gov. Dayton to replace Hon. The Justice now handles attorney discipline cases for the court. He was previously the United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota, among other governmental positions he held.
