Eagan Police Chief Jim McDonald, has been in law enforcement for 30 years, and has served as Chief in Eagan for 11. Interviewed by guest host Holly Jenkins, he discussed his career, and many of the innovations which have marked his tenure. He looks forward to spending more time with his family, and will be succeeded by Deputy Chief Roger New.
