Patrick Klinger, who has been a frequent guest and occasional host on Access to Democracy, interviews BILL ROBERTSON, Commissioner of the Western Collegiate Hockey Assn. on the challenges he faces in scheduling and managing a league, founded in 1951, which is spread over a 2400 mile area. Many WCHA graduates have been both All-Americans and have gone on to stellar careers in the National Hockey League.
