Mr. Dane Smith, President of Growth & Justice, a progressive think tank, has been an “Access” guest on numerous occasions over the last decade. The organization, along with several other non-profits, is deeply involved in the Minnesota Rural Equity Project, endeavoring to revitalize rural and outstate communities, many of which have suffered with urbanization, and the move to the large cities.
