Chief Blair Anderson of the St. Cloud Police Dept. first appeared as a guest a decade ago when he was with the Dakota County Sheriff’s Dept., and then became Chief Deputy with the Carver County Sheriff’s office. Blair discussed innovative policing which has been implemented in St. Cloud, and discussed the additional aspects of the job in a city which is the home to a university and two colleges, swelling city population by about 20,000.
