Nathan and Cari Spears started their business in 1991 when they determined that ministry life did not suit their growing family. An opportunity to acquire a t-shirt printing business grew into a business that employs almost a dozen people. Access to Democracy uses Eagan Shirt Werks to produce the beautiful polo shirts worn by our volunteers. Eagan Shirt Werks has now a full commercial setup and shop.

Cari and Nathan have raised their kids who are now becoming adults and they have become involved in several activities in the community.
